Cinnacakes

I was planning on making croissants today, but I didn't have a few of the ingredients, so instead I decided to play with one of my signature cupcakes. Brown sugar and cinnamon cake with cream cheese frosting with a light dusting of cinnamon sugar on top... right!?  Let me tell you, they smell so amazing while they are baking and are just as delicious to eat!! I'll be bringing these ones to some of my favorite tasters tonight.
